Check In Information
To comply with safety requirements due to Covid 19, when they register cyclists will choose a 30 minute window for check in on ride day. Multiple cyclists may register as a group to receive the same check in window, however, each adult cyclist must complete an online individual release of liability waiver (see below). Minors under 18 must be included on an adult waiver. Time slots will fill in quickly, so sign up as soon as possible to secure your place. Online registration will close at 9:00 pm on Friday, July 31, 2020. Cyclists who register in advance can also take advantage of advance check in (see below) which will allow them to skip the check in window on ride day and begin the ride whenever they wish.
Online Advance Registration
The Olympic National Park limits the number of cyclists who can participate, and Covid 19 has created even more restrictions. By registering in advance you can be sure to reserve your spot for this one-of-a-kind ride. Those who register online will have the option for advance check in (see below) .
Each adult must have completed an online release of liability waiver, and minors under 18 must be listed on an adult waiver.
