The Olympic National Park limits the number of cyclists who can participate, and Covid 19 has created even more restrictions. Same-day registration will not be available this year so that we can fully prepare for the number of participants, and have enough volunteers in place to keep the event crowd-free. Please note that registration is a two part process of choosing time slot with cyclist information and entry fee, and submitting an online release of liability waiver, which must be completed prior to the ride.
Online registration ends on Friday, July 31st at 9 pm
Check In Information
Event day check in is at Port Angeles City Pier. To ensure social distancing, each cyclist will choose a 30 minute window for check in on ride day. Multiple cyclists may register as a group to receive the same check in window, however, each adult cyclist must complete an individual online release of liability waiver. Minors must be listed on an adult waiver. Please Do Not show up prior to your check in window. Participants can also take advantage of advance check in, which will allow them to begin the ride whenever they wish.
Advance Check in
If possible, we urge participant to check in early and pick up all their ride materials on Friday, July 31st or Saturday June 1st, between 9 am and 7 pm at the Port Angeles Visitor Center. To have another cyclist check in for you and pick up your ride materials, use the contact link to email permission. Those who take advantage of this option do not need to check in on Sunday, and can start the ride up to the Ridge whenever they’d like.
