The ride is still going forward and we’re currently modifying our safety plan to meet all phase two requirements. If you are registered for the ride we will be sending a detailed email later today with more information. If you’re not yet registered and want to stay informed about the event, please subscribe to website updates, or check back here frequently for more information. Briefly we are working on an event that will be essentially contact-free among volunteers and cyclists, and that will allow all participants to easily maintain an abundance of social distancing during the event. Please note that there will be NO same day registration of the event, so be sure to register online by Friday at 9:00 pm. In person registration may be available on Saturday, July 31 if spots are available. If you’re registered be sure to complete your online waiver ahead of time or you won’t be able to join the event. Subscribe to website updates for the latest, we won’t use your email for anything except RTH information, we promise!

Hi Holly,
because of the constantly changing circumstances with the ride, the uncertainty of how many people might register, the adjustments that we’re making nearly daily to comply with safety regulations, and the ongoing possibility that the ride might be canceled, it would have been impossible to put out a detailed, informative email any further ahead than this. Information would have turned out to be incorrect or we would have had to continually contacting registrants to advise them of changes. We are now at a point where we can send out all of the detailed information with confidence that it will remain accurate. Please look for that email either later tonight or tomorrow, and we strongly recommend that you subscribe to website updates, even now, to be sure you get all the current information.

Just want to be clear. If we have already signed up are we still able to pick up our packet on Friday or Saturday prior to ride? Or do we have to do it on day of ride?
Thanks for all your work on this.

Hi Dave,
We encourage you to pick your packet up early, on Friday or Saturday before the ride. We want as many people as possible to do it ahead of time so we can limit the number of people at the check in site. Thanks for asking!

We are encouraging anyone who will lives locally or who will be in town on Friday or Saturday to do advance check in. We would like to limit the number of people who have to come to the check in on ride day. Stop by the Visitors Center at 121 E. Railroad Ave. We’ll be there from 9-4, but possibly staying late on Saturday if there’s enough interest. Thanks for asking!
