Registration Confirmation

It appeares that some of you did not get a QR code on your registration confirmation. If your registration does not have a QR code you will still be able to check in for the ride. As long as you are registered we can look up your information in our Events Management software. If you are unable to find your confirmation email let us know and we can send it again.

Jerseys that were ordered prior to June 1 will be in the ride packet along with your bib number, and a wristband if you RSVPd to the After Party. You have two options to check in for the ride and get your ride packet. Your first option is to take advantage of early check-in on the day before the ride, which will allow you to skip the check-in line on the morning of the ride. If you do early registration you can begin the ride whenever you’d like, as long as you leave enough time to be done by noon. Your second option is to check in on the morning of the ride to get your ride packet. Please refer to the Ride Information page and the FAQ page for details on both of these check-ins.

If you ordered a jersey AFTER June 1st it will be mailed to you with free shipping after the ride. Jerseys ordered after June 1st are the only thing that will be mailed. If you purchase ride photos they’ll be in digital format and sent to you for download.

The RSVP for the After Party and the Release of Liability Waiver were included in the registration process. During registration cyclists were required to enter your name on the Release of Liability section and agree to an electronic signature. Cyclists were also asked if they would be attending the After Party when they registered. If you cannot remember how you responded to this question let us know and we’ll look it up for you.

Please carefully review the Ride Day Information page and the FAQ page on the website. If you have any questions that are not answered by reviewing the website let us know. We’ve had several more slots open up today that we’ll be filling from the waiting list. If you’re waiting to hear about your position on the list we’ll let you know today after we fill those slots.

      Thank you for your questions about the Ride the Hurricane cycling event. You do not need a QR code to check into the ride. If you have a copy of your confirmation email that’s enough. We also have your RSVP for the After Party, where we’ll be serving food and drinks between 10am – 1 pm at Port Angeles City Pier. If you’ve changed your mind and you won’t be coming to the After Party please let us know so that we can make room for somebody else.

      Whether you’re registered for this year’s ride, or you’d like to learn about future rides, we recommend that you subscribe to website updates. Informational emails about the ride often end up in spam folders, so subscribing to the website is the best way to make sure that new information finds its way to your inbox. We’ll never spam or share your email address and will only use it for information about the ride. If you’ve registered for this year’s ride, we strongly encourage you to take a few minutes and carefully review the website, especially the Ride Information page, the FAQs, and the Updates page. Even if you’ve done the ride before it’s a good idea to review the info to refresh your memory, or in case we’ve made changes. We’ve included the link below.
